In a world of Media-generated food fears, shockingly inaccurate mainstream beliefs about what’s healthy, and ridiculous “fat loss” workouts it’s easy for people to find themselves trying to “Avoid the Holidays” or factor in “Cheat Days”.
Really you just need help understanding how to better balance everything. This includes stress and other mental factors.
We stand firm, there should be no more humiliation on reality TV, no more diet dos-and-don’ts, no more miracle pills, no more silly fads. They just don’t work!

Truly Personal Training
Everyone’s body composition is different, we move differently, stand up from and sit down in a chair differently! So we review each client case individually, tailoring a varied, fun, fitness program, using resistance and cardiovascular exercises.
Our Jersey clients have the choice to exercise in our private studio in Trinity, working one to one, or two to one, or in a large well-equipped commercial gym in St. Helier individually or in small groups.
Our plans also include nutrition consultations, fun Accountability Challenges for you to complete outside of your personal training timetable, monthly weight & measure check-ins, body fat calculation, blood pressure check, access to clean eating recipes and other health related information.
In addition, whilst we do not advocate “diets” per se, for those clients specifically wishing to follow a calorie controlled program, we are able analyse body composition and to provide you with recommended personal daily calorie intake and nutrient proportions.
Combining this conventional personal training with our Unconventional Therapy, in a truly holistic, whole-person manner, means that we can also deal with the mental aspects of personal change and find the emotional and energetic imbalances that may be creating physical health problems.
