Before we take on a client for therapy we ask that you give us a short history of the significant events in your life.
This is important.
We’re looking for the things that leap out at you as being important. For instance is there anything that you wish hadn’t happened, are there unresolved family issues or are there specific events you believe are responsible for your problems.
